2010 XC60 Trunklid crack
My trunklid stopped closing on it's own today. Upon further inspection, the actual trunklid seems to be cracked on driver side. The crack shows when you have the door opened just below where the hydraulic risers mount (can't be seen when the trunk is closed), as well as a small crack on the spoiler/light portion near the top/outside/driver side area (this can be seen with the trunk closed). My wife recently backed into a cement post at low speed on the passenger side of the vehicle, which we had repaired at a local USAA body repair shop. I can't see that having enough torque to break the door on the OPPOSITE side. Has only one else had this happened? My car has over 170K miles on it so, it's well beyond any concept of warranty coverage.
