Hey, had my 2018 XC60 for almost 2 years and everything been perfect! I think these are very good quality cars and you've been unlucky

I suppose they need to justify the issues by saying their "normal" but they certainly don;t sound normal to me. I think they would be better served to tell you they're really not sure what's going on but we are with you all the way to find a fix. Now, if these really are "normal", that's not good for the rest of us! Sorry for all the troubles.
