I got a 2019 xc60 with the real leather seats and seat extensions. I find them too hard and would love the regular leatherette seats. If I buy regular seats on a junkyard or ebay, can I just swap them?

Of course, the "new" seats would not have the extensions, only warmers and other adjustments. If anyone can guide me on this, will be very grateful.
Also, what's involved in removing the front seats? just the bolts and one connector?
