Hi all,
I am unable to get the car to accept ALL the contacts in my wife's phone. She has about 550 contacts and the car accepts about half that number (apparently the car's memory can accept 10,000). She has me and 3 children, all same surnames and all entered the same in the phone's (Iphone 10) contacts, BUT myself and one child do not appear in the contact list in the car!
The dealer suggested a few things to try but none worked. I even cleared her phone and contacts completely and synced my phone with about 100 contacts and there were 3 anomalies; one didn't appear at all, one appeared despite not having a phone number (!) and one appeared that only had a email address!!
Can anyone help?

My wife has 2015 XC60 and always has issues with her contacts. I'll get the contacts loaded by deleting and then re-adding her phone, and then 2 days later she complains they are gone again. I don't even bother trying to help getting it to work anymore.

 

Yes, I have the same problem. Very frustrating. Wish I knew how to resolve.
