After the latest upgrade, I now get this message saying that starting the car from the app has been disabled and I have to go ovwe 30 mph to re-enable it. I drove over 100 miles on the expressway and it didn't re-enable.

Obviously Volvo On Call has no idea what this about...

 

have you figure it out? I am having the same issue with my 2023 xc90 recharge

 

2022 B6, the exact same problem. Was anyone able to resolve ? On call told me to take it to service which seems crazy.

 

Following. Same issue. Dealer installed SW 2.5 a few days ago and all of sudden today I received this message and can't remote start, both iPhone and Android apps won't work. Had been working fine for months. Everything else in the app works fine-. Location and lock/unlock.

I rang my service contact at Volvo this morning to ask if they knew why the remote cimate start on the Volvo app wasn't working.

Was told that Volvo had disabled this function in the app as some users were having difficulty.

Mine was working fine up to then......

Not so with apple car play though.....doesn't work wirelessly or when on USB.

 

My remote start has been disabled, anyone any idea why all of a sudden, was fine a few days ago?? Grrr

I have a 2022 xc60 recharge, same issue. Dealer had done some sw updates a few months ago, then my phone couldn't connect to the car. Finally got the phone connected to the car again, but can't auto start with the same 20 mph error.

Has anyone been able to solve this?
