concierge service?
Does Volvo have a service where you can press a button or issue a voice command and talk to a live person to get a destination sent to the navigation system in the car? We have this service with our BMW X3 and don't use it very often but when we need it it is very handy.
Yes, there is a button marked "Bond, James Bond" that is on the muffler. You have to put the car on a lift to get access.
Once you press the button, you will be greeted with an Omega watch and Bollinger champagne.

Personally, I'm surprised people actually use the nav systems in their cars when you can use Google Maps or Waze from your phone and get more details like current traffic etc. Otherwise you can read up on the Sensus Navigation system to see what Volvo offers these days. Sounds like you are asking about somthing that Onstar offers in their premium subscription options for something like $50 for your Chevy.
We went to a Volvo dealer today and confirmed there is no live person concierge service with Volvo. We test drove a hybrid XC60 and liked it so we will consider the XC60 when we get serious about leasing in November/December.
Confirmed at a dealer that there is no live assistant that can send a destination to the XC60 navigation system. We drove a plugin hybrid R model and were impressed with the car. We will keep the XC60 on our list when we start serious shopping in November/December.
