Picked up a brand new XC60 Inscription on Tuesday. First of all, can confirm that On Call starting of climate still not working ("Climate could not be started"), but I wonder if anyone can help with profiles and keys. Two of us will be driving, so I set myself up as admin linked to key 1 (black key), my other half created a separate profile linked to key 2 (orange key). Using the infotainment system, swapping between profiles and you can feel the settings change - moving seat, etc. But unlocking the car with either key from outside does not seem to change the seats or any other profile settings. I traded in a 2017 XC60 and with that, as soon as you unlocked you saw the seat moving to the correct position if it is a different driver from the last person to drive.

Am I missing a step somewhere? Thanks for any help.

 

I'm having the same issue. Can't seem to find an answer anywhere as to how to set this up.
