Has anyone had issues with a ? paint defect that presents with raised areas that look like residue but are unable to removed without a solvent and scrapping causes the paint to chip. The dealer claims it is from tree sap which is untrue due to my car being in the garage at all times and not parked under a tree. Any advice would be great if other people have experienced this- thank you - my paint color is pearl white.
