Default New XC60 T5 Owner - A Couple Observations/Questions

Really like the vehicle, but have ran across a few things, so wondering if others have run across any of these. The salesman hasn’t gotten back to me, so trying this forum...

- heat - when starting car in morning, i usually turn the heat up to about 3-5, or 3-6 if you count the max button. Sometime it takes 1:30-2:00 minutes before the heat starts blowing out. If I hit max, the heat starts blowing at a max speed, and if I lower it to 3-4, if still blows out quite a bit of heat, so I can hear what the heat should sound like when you hit the 3-4 range. I just want blow out strong heat at the 3-4 level unless you wait a while.

- the car typically shuts off like it’s supposed to when at a stoplight, etc, but a few times it hasn’t shut off at all, stop sign, stop light, etc. In fact, I was running errands for 45 mins and it never shut off once. I looked up the standard reasons for this, but the reasons listed never fit the criteria for my situations.

- Volvo On Call....seems the remote start only works about 50% of the time. I hear the car start, and the app says started, but when I go out, the car is shut off. I’ve also looked up the common reasons for this, but my situations didn’t fall into any of that criteria either.

Anyone have any thoughts or insights to these situations? Much appreciated! Thx
