I scheduled preconditioning, but it doesn't start in the morning, it gives me this error: "Parking climate unavailable not connected to the mains". I called Volvo Customer Care, the guy was kind of lost, he told me this feature works ONLY if the cable charger is plugged in, which would make this feature almost useless. Then he said maybe it needs a software update. My neighbor has a V90 from the same year, it works fine.
Any idea?
