I have a 2011 XC60 and had this problem about a year ago where the hatch would squeak loudly and also would not stay up when open. It closes very slowly; so slowly that you can't visibly see it moving.

I had fixed under a service contract by the dealer back in April. Now it is happening again. Does anyone know anything about this issue? Thanks in advance for your help.
