Hi all, I recently replaced the left tailgate lift strut on my 2013 XC60. Before replacing the trim, it worked when I pressed the close button on the door. When I replaced all the trim nothing happened and just heard a clicking sound from the control unit: 31386707.

I removed the trim to check the connections etc and it all looked okay. I'm a bit stuck. Any thoughts? Thanks so much.
