Default XC 60 - Parking Brake Temporarily Unavailable

A warning light popped up on my wife's 2018 XC60 t5 R-Design that stated the Parking Brake Temporarily Unavailable. I happened to have a mechanic friend that has an Autel MK808 scanner who ran a scan and various codes came up (see attached picture) pointing towards some problems. I guess my question is multi-part: 1) is anyone familiar with these scanners and how accurate are they? 2) if accurate it appears that the motor has failed, along with possibly the caliper piston actuator? Would anyone being in agreement with this? I drove it around the block and then touched the rear rotors and while they were warm, they didn't seem any warmer than the front which leads me to believe they are at least not binding. At this point I am contemplating whether I should take it into the dealership (drive or tow?) or attempt to replace the rear right motor, caliper, pads and rotor. I do know that it was recommend that the rear pads be replaced on our last visit about 1000 miles ago and it appears to be a pretty straightforward repair that I believe I can do. But maybe it is better off being left to the professionals. Thanks for any suggestions and/or feedback.
