Cold Air Injection Mod for XC 70

i have heard that a cold air injection can help to increase horsepower. is this right, and is this mod expensive?

Yes it will increase it a few horses.Im not sure who sells it I have seen someone post they found a company that sells it.I did a search but couldn't find it.
