front end noise LEFT SIDE
Hello everyone,
I have a 01 and it has rather loud left sideroad noise. It sounds & feelslike it is comming from beneith my feet (Dr. Sd.). Sounds very similar to when brake pads areworn and constantly scraping the brake rotor. A wurling sound. It does it in gear and out of gear when I coast. The brakes are ok. I replaced the wheel bearings VOLVO. The axels are ok. The bevel gear unit was replaced with a new VOLVOunit and new VOLVO bevel gear fluid. The tranny shifts aok. The tranny was flushed and replaced with VOLVO tranny fluid.I hadinner t-rods and ball joints replaced. Tires seem to be in fair cond.& rather evenly worn.I alsohad an alignment,rotateandbal.. Ifeel thevibration inmy feet (Drv. Sd.). Itis a mild, tightvibration& a deep loud roadwurling sound. What's possibly going on? any/all suggestion would be highly appreciated. thank you all in advance.

I would look at either a bad tire or the wheel bearing is bad.
Try swapping the front tires from side to side unless they are directional tires. If directional tires swap from front to back then see if that helps.
If not then it might be a bad wheel bearing.
Just because the bearing is new doesn't always mean it can't be bad.

If it is possibly the tires? Can I go from front to back and also L to R criss cross. I only ask because the 2 better tires seem to be the right front and the left rear...
Thank you again.
Sincerely,
Phil
