2001 xc70 front left side makes sort of rattling noise at 38-40 mph and also now at 75-80 mph. I have rotated tires and check underside for anything that might be loose.
I changed the wheel bearing and checked brakes and tightness of front end components.
Drove car and it still makes the same noise.
Any ideas?

Could be the upper spring seat or a bad sway bar end link.
