Hi

I'm looking for an OEM fuel pump check valve for a 1999 V70XC. I refuse to replace the whole assembly when there is nothing wrong with the fuel pump. I need one that can be placed inline as opposed to dropping the back end. I thought some else had posted a solution. Any suggestions?

 

I am not sure what type problems you are having, however, when I got home from vacation I had a recall letter from Volvo on V70 fuel pumps. Something about the pump leaking and there may be a smell of fuel in the cabin. Hope this helps.

 

Thanks but this recall does not cover 1999's. It's a starting problem only. the fuel does not stay in the system but floats back down to the gas tank. Once the car does start it runs out like a top. Not the relay either.
