gear position sensor / neutral safety switch

My wife's 99 xc is getting difficult to get out of Park, and I think it is likely the gear position sensor. Does anybody have a recommendation of a manufacturer to go with or stay away from?

Who has the best prices online? Thanks.

If it won't come out of park I would check the Shiftlock micro switch first.

The PNP doesn't control coming out of park.
