Inner CV joint boot

Thanks for your reply!
USPS delivery is pretty fast. The order was placed on Monday morning, and was accepted by USPS on Monday's afternoon. This morning, when I'm wondering the snow storm nearby NYC would have negative effect over the delivery, it has arrived in San Diego. It's actually a 3-days delivery for which the UPS charges more than $80.
I paid $166 to have Mobil auto repair to replace it for me. After driving, I know the problem has been fixed. Thank Fcpgroton, USPS and everyone here!

Sorry to hijack this thread but I attempting to replace both of my front axle shafts on my 2002 S60 AWD. I got the passenger side out without a problem but I am unable to get the drivers side out of the transmission. I have tried several different methods of prying to no avail. Other than bending some bars. I see there is a locking ring on the new shaft that holds it in place. Is there a trick to getting this out

Based on your advice I got more aggressive tonight. My solution was an air chisel with 2 long & thin chisels. Using the air chisel I hammered one up between the cv joint and the transmission. I then unscrewed it from air chisel and put the other one in. Coming in from the other side of the shaft I hammered that chisel in & it finally popped out. The rest of the reassembly was uneventful.

"Also, my car has another issue, that's the left tie rod boot was damaged, I can see a hole on the boot. The mechanic didn't think it was the major issue for shaking. I'm unable to find this boot online. "
I've done some search but haven't gotten any idea.
Does anyone have some advise? Thank you!

Could be the inner (or outer)tie rod ends. Just did one of those big suspension/streering kits from FCP but it doesn't include inner tie rod ends. I had a bad right side inner. very easy to replace and not expensive. I did both and discovered that the left had been replaced.
Jack the car up and shake the wheels back and forth to see if you have any play.

Maybe my guess is wrong, have you used the boot like following link? For me it looks like the tid rod boot.
