Default New radiator - now starts and dies? WTF?

I swapped out the radiator in my 98 xc70, now it stats just fine but right when you would expect it to idle, it dies. It doesn't sputter just dies like I turned off the ignition. The battery light and the UP arrow I can't remember the name of stays on. New battery and trac unit last year. Any thoughts on what the heck I did?

I guess I should have titled this, "won't stay running". I suspect this is something simple but I can't figure it out.

I charged the battery overnight and then it didn't want to start. It would just crank. On the 3rd or 4th try it did start idled roughly for a couple seconds then died.

Default Problem solved

I hadn't filled the block with coolant, just put it in the reservoir. DOH!

So is the car running now? The car should run with no coolant. The coolant tank is the only way to fill the system.
