Have any of you had a front passanger window go down, while you were trying to put it up and then stay in down position? I think it might be the override switch, but I do not know where it is located. I just got the car a month ago. It is a 2002 with 40K miles.

 

Best bet would be to go to the Dealer or someone that can read codes in the system.
The door module controls the window. It could be a bad window motor or a bad door module.

 

yeah check the dealership sometimes the software that controls that module can get erased. you may just have to buy a software reload. but check the dealership.
