In my 2011 XC70 the power hatch is not locking. It closes, but rather than pulling the hatch closed for the final bit, it pops it open about 2 feet. It was intermittently acting up, where I would have to manually slam it shut to get it to lock, but now it won't lock at all.
It acts as if the the lock is closed, but it physically it is in the open position. Our 2004 XC70 didn't have a power hatch so this is a new issue for me. Any suggestions?
