My XC90 with 145k miles, 2.5 I5 turbo, FWD has been showing "Anti-Skid Temporarily Off" or "Anti-Skid Service Required" until just recently when it has stayed on Service Required constantly now. I have a Vida DICE 2014 and have done a code scan and the only code displayed is BCM 0070.
I have read a ton of posts dealing with the same warning lights and all replies point towards a faulty clockspring or yaw sensor but BCM 0070 info states that it deals with pump motor voltage signal. My question is does one trigger the other and which one should I focus on?
None of these parts are cheap so I would like to not throw money at it and hope I am in the right area! Thanks for any replies in advance!!
I didn't see anything like this when I clicked on the dtc. I'll hook up again and retry to make sure I can get to this info. Thanks Hoonk for the reply!

You don't have to connect to the car to get that info - it's under "information/fault tracing/diagnostic trouble codes" - then find the system and the code -
Well, so far all I have checked are the fuses and have listened to pump motor with an automotive stethoscope. Fuses are good, but no sound from motor when key in turned to II. Next step is motor removal and bench tested and checking BCM connections.
I had the same thing. "Anti skid service required" several months after my service guy fixed it. My tire pressure was low in all tires so I corrected that to 34lbs, The info went away and service guy said no code had been stored. Maybe this fixed the problem. Just an idea. These are quirky SUV's so you never know. So many places to check like all computer controlled cars are today.
UPDATE - Disconnected negative from battery. Moved underhood fuse panel out of the way. This makes getting to the BCM module soooo much easier. You also have to move the air filter housing out of the way because one of the 2 bolts holding the fuse panel down is under it. There are 3 T27 mounting bolts holding the BCM module in place. I had to remove all 3 because part of the BCM mounting bracket covers one of the 2 motor screws. Removed motor and bench tested it with a 12v car battery. Motor spun just fine. Motor came to a stop immediately after disconnecting power. (Not sure if this a normal function or not) Put all the underhood stuff back together and disconnected the positive battery wire. Waited a few minutes and then touched the battery wires together. Reassembled the back of the car and started it up. The ABS warning is still there but now has reverted back to Anti-skid temporarily off. Have not test drove yet. That's all so far. Thanks in advance for any replies!
After disconnecting the battery cables and touching them together and getting everything back together I have been driving the car around, some highway some city, for about 100 miles. The ABS warnings went away initially, and at the risk of jinxing myself, have not returned!! So for now I am calling it fixed and keeping my fingers crossed!
