Default 2006 xc90 4.4 CEM repair

Has anyone done a CEM repair in their volvo? I have an issue where the front cigarette lighter and passenger seat have stopped working. From my research they are both controlled by a relay on the CEM. I've been looking at xemodex since they seem to be the main place to do it in North America. I'm gonna double check fuse 15 for power again (I believe when I checked it a month or 2 ago there was no power). And some DTSC (although that may be unrelated)

Any other thoughts? I'll rescan it at some point this week with VIDA to double check codes.
Experiences with xemodex?

My shop has used them at least a hundred times over the years. Would highly recommend them.

Do you think the no power to front 12v and passenger seat would fall under their "repair" or "program transfer" options. Or is it mostly based on the power at fuse #15?

Don't know - Most of the modules they have fixed for me were ABS, throttles, DEMs, DIMs - just a few CEMs.
