Hello to all...

I need some help with my HID conversion. I own a 2006 xc90 2.5t. I would like to mention that this is not the first time I work on vehicles including HID's. I have installed HID's on my friends cars, my older cars, etc... But sometimes is better to ask and maybe it's just something I am missing. Anyway, on with the story, Well I installed and turn the head lights on (with the car on and off), the HID's come on for about 2 seconds and then go off. Has anyone here come across this problem?

Any help would be appreciated...

 

Does your model have DRL? If so you will need another part....

 

The DRL's run on the low beam which is uncommon for DRL's so you will need an aftermarket module for this.
