Default 2011 XC90 3.2L will not start

My 2011 XC90 3.2L sat for about a week while I was out of town. Now, will not start. Tried jumping it with no prevail. None of the electrical equipment work when disconnected from jumping battery. When jumping battery is connected lights, radio, air conditioning, etc work as normal. However, when trying to start it sounds like the spark plugs are firing but vehicle will not crank over. Could this be a mere dead battery issue or a starter or alternator problem?

No caution lights appear. Have video clips but they are too big to upload.

Last odometer reading was approx. 68K

Thanks for the help!

Change the battery and it will probably start. Do you have satellite radio by any chance?

leave the jumper battery connected for 15-20 minutes before you try to start your car.

You need to add your location to your profile.

If you're in the US you might want to consider pulling the battery out and having and auto parts store like NAPA, Autozone, Oreilly .... charge and test it for free to make sure the battery is both fully charged and has the proper power to spin the engine.
