2014 XC90 Passenger Tail Light not working.
I am stumped on this one.
The passenger side tail light (LED) is not working. All other lights (turn, brake, reverse) work fine.
Things I have tried.
• Checked fuse F2 in REM. (good)
• Checked all the other fuses in REM (Good)
• Replaced light (whole passenger side light housing). (tail light still does not work, all other lights work)
• Tested voltage at tail light connector just inside light housing. (No voltage ?????)
• Tested voltage at connector inside driver side (working) tail light as a test. (13V)
• Tested voltage at REM Pin D:5 (passenger side). (11V ?????)
• Tested continuity of wire leading from REM to tail light connector. (Wire has continuity)
• Tested continuity from wire to ground (test for a short). (No continuity, no short)
• Tested voltage at REM Pin D:6 (driver side). (11V, don't understand why voltage would be lower then when measured at the light connector)
I'm thinking there must be a problem with the REM. Has anyone else run into anything like this? Any suggestions on other things to check?
