Airflow out of all vents stopped with fan running normally
Vehicle: 2021 XC90
We were running the AC at 72° F and the outside temp was in the 90’s. All of a sudden the airflow out of all vents stopped. Turned the fan to Max and still no air. I could hear the fan running normally.
Figured the air intake was blocked somewhere.
Turned the entire Climate Control system off for several minutes. When I turned it back on, there was airflow for a few minutes then stopped again.
Thought something might be frozen (like an old frig freezer).
Turned the AC off and the heat up to high. Ran the fan for several minutes and eventually got normal airflow.
Turned AC back on and temperature back to 72° F fan to Max
Good airflow from the rest of the 4 hour drive!
Anyone else experienced this or know of an issue with the Climate Control system freezing up?
