hello all im sure as you know volvo has two types of keys for the XC90 they have the Audi style pop out key with the remote on it or the older style key with the remote and the key sperate. now i use my key pretty normally i dont force it or play with it or anything but this is my 4th key with the pop out design and to be quit honest im sick of replacing it. is there anyway the dealership can cut me a key that has the older style key and remote fob?

Probably not given the security features built into the key. Note sure what you mean by the 2 types of keys as the xc90 only came with the switchblade style of key. Weird that you are having all off these issues. All three of my modern cars, plus my previous MB S500 and Audi A4 and A8 had these keys and I never had a single problem with them. How are they breaking?
