I have a hole in the rear right door of my xc90 2007 and want to buy a second-hand one and replace it.

I will get the door frame only so means replace the glass, handles, etc.

Question, for a novice, is this something doable with some appropriate tools? I ask because the dealer quotes 400 usd for the job.

I've replaced doors by myself with the help of a floor jack.
