CD player eject not working

CD player eject not working
I bought my 04 XC90 just a month ago.
I just realized that there is a CD in it. It is in position #3, and it is stuck. It will not eject.
I am afraid to put any more CDs in it, fearing that it will eat those too.
The disc that is in there plays, but it skips like a little girl (probably because its been in there for a few years).
any help on this?
