Default Changed air filter now getting MIL codes - 2019 XC90 T6

As the title states, I changed the air filter on my XC90 as it was very dirty (full of leaves, dirt, debris). It had been about a year since I had changed it last and was shocked at how bad it was. Anyway, I changed the air filter and vacuumed out the filter box and intake hose, mind you nothing had gotten past the air filter that was in there... all the debris was pre-air filter. I drove the vehicle about 50 miles or so (completed a drive cycle) and the CEL came on with a MIL "Permanent" code P0101 (MAF sensor). I noticed the car was also running poorly (lack of acceleration, rough shifting, etc) after that. So I cleaned the MAF sensor, no luck even after driving for several days to complete another drive cycle. So I figured I must have damaged the sensor when I replaced the air filter (though I barely moved it). So I purchased a new MAF sensor from Autozone and replaced the existing one with aftermarket to see if that would fix it. Within 10 miles of driving it with the new MAF sensor it started throwing a bunch of other "Confirmed" codes as well as P0172 - System too Rich "Pending" & "Permanent" codes (see attached). It is still not accelerating well, but everything else seems ok... just very slow accelerating. I can floor the gas pedal and the car won't even down shift. The turbo is getting about 8-10lbs of boost if I floor-it in 2nd-3rd gear... sometimes up to 12lbs. So I drove it about another week (completed several drive cycles) and figured it must be the wrong sensor, so I purchased the OEM Volvo MAF sensor and replaced the aftermarket sensor. This has not fixed the issue, it still accelerates terribly, after driving it around today trying to complete another drive cycle. So I am at the point of taking it into my local dealership to see if they can help me but I would rather fix it myself and save the $$$... so I am here asking you all for help!!

Here are the current codes that it is showing (also see attached photo). I've tried clearing them many times but they don't go away. I am not too sure what a "Confirmed" code is, but I do understand that the "Permanent" need to be cleared by performing at least 2-3 drive cycles.
"CONFIRMED"
P0172
P0101
P0113
P0103
P0606
"PENDING"
P0172 - System too Rich
P0101 - Mass or Value Air Flow Circuit Range/Performance
"PERMANENT"
P0172 - System too Rich
P0101 - Mass or Value Air Flow Circuit Range/Performance

I suggest you have a vacuum leak as codes revealed, can you perform a smoke test to check? System too rich is a symptom—just a possibility.
