Unhappy Cigarette Lighter Fuse Keeps Blowing 2009 xc90

I am wondering if anyone else is having this problem and how they have fixed it.

I just bought my xc90 used and have replaced the 15amp fuse for the lighters 3 times. I am trying to use my cell charger in them.

Thank you for any help in advance!

I'd first rule out by charger as the problem by trying it in a different car.

I guess I should have mentioned I tried that first. Replaced fuse, used different charger, fuse blew, replaced again. Tried with a third charger and it blew again.

Having the same issue but with an OEM radio. There's Pioneer entertainment system in my 2007 XC90 and it worked great for a long time then something happened with a cell phone charger, the radio stopped working when we plugged in the charger. Even with the charger plugged in and a phone that looked like it was charging, it really wasn't. Unplug the charger and the radio works again. Also, doing this blow the 15 amp fuse that corresponds to the radio and the windshield liquid squirters (not sure what they are called) have also stopped working (checked to make sure we had cleaner in there).

Anybody have any ideas? We've tried a couple of different cell phone chargers, same result and a blown fuse every time.

Thanks.
