I have a factory installed single screen DVD player on the ceiling of my XC90. I can load a DVD and hear some sound out of the player when it is playing the intro menu but I cannot get the player to actually play the DVD.

Additionally I cannot hear the sound through the stereo speakers.

Is there a specific channel that I need to be on or a MODE button?

Just bought this vehicle and it doesn't have an owners manual. (I just ordered one online today).
If you can help I would appreciate it.

Did you figure this out? We have the dual screen (neck rest mounted) and thereis a button on our remote controlthat lets usswitch between the infrared headsets andthe rear speakers.
