Front passenger seat will not move, 12v sockets have no power
Hi. My front passenger seat appears to have no power and does not move. My two sockets up front and at second row have no power. I read in some threads the two (seat and sockets) might be connected. I would like to remove passenger seat (to check all connections underneath) but it is all the way back and have no way to remove rear bolts. Is their a way to move it forward manually??
Any assistance would be great. Thank you.

your owners manual (available online as well) will tell you which fuses control what circuit. Its possible you blew a fuse, have a bad relay or the circuit breaker needs to be reset, a bad connection or you have a burnt out motor.

What year?

What year?
I have a 2013 Volvo XC90 3.2 AWD. I checked all 4 fuse boxes. All fuses good, not burnt out. In CEM, there is NO POWER to Fuse # 11 (12-volt front & back) and Fuse # 28 passenger power seat. I have been able to download wiring diagrams for many years 2003, 2007, 2010 etc..)
All the wiring diagrams show exactly the same CEM and fuse locations, wiring diagrams, etc.. so pretty sure it is the same as 2007-2013 have the same body style wiring etc...However, the closest year wiring diagram is for a 2010 Volvo.
I am not able to understand the new wiring type diagrams as to where they meet up with relays on the CEM to see if Fuse # 11 and Fuse # 28 actually share the same relay. I cannot go any further, technically challenged at this point.
The CEM is very costly and fear that I may have to live with this problem. We just purchased the car with only 45,000 km on it and paid a premium price for it, just to have this happen (no warranty).
Any help suggestions would be appreciated.

This problem is most likely the Power Relay inside you CEM. Check this link: https://en.calameo.com/read/00098375906604c67c2f1 for pictures of the actual Relay (12v 70A).
I ended up replacing it with this one here: https://au.element14.com/te-connecti...d&exaMfpn=true
The only difficult part in replacing this, is the de-soldering of the Relay from the Circuit board (the Relay absorbs the Heat), but I was just using Soder-wick, so if you are using a vacuum type setup, it may be easier.

Well, I followed the instructions for replacing the relay in the CEM, in fact I tried two different relays
TYCO V23134-J52-X439 70A 12VDC and Potter & BrumfieldŽ 12VDC--70Amp Relay (VF7-11F12)
I checked both relays and they work there is continuity along the tracks and solder points, put everything back and still no power. No other functions are affected. No DTC in the ECU (used an xtool scanner checks all the modules) for any faults other than the light bulb for the key ring. I dont know if I should get another CEM and have it cloned or check with someone that has VIDA to see if they can scan for more info, Any input is appreciatedThread
