First thing I did, after purchasing my 05 xc90 2.5t, was to take it to the dealer for a complementary "winter" checkup. I had owned the car for a week previous, and had a list of concerns before my appt. They looked at my list, and added to it. My list included a concern about the bad sunlight drainage boots. The originals disintegrated on me, the dealer replaced one. The oil trap is a big deal. see if they can evaluate the Oil trap. You list doesn't say how the original owner drove it. 30k in 11 years. My thread is not so far down on the list of threads. I had 163k, the car was in Florida for most of its driven life, went to Georgia, where the second owner drove it to Minnesota. Also my turbo needed to be rebuilt. It needed new bearings/orings. (bearings had seized.) The Turbo was sending oil to the intercooler, which was leading me to think the powersteering might be leaking. (the oil was coating the intercooler connection tube near the oil dipstick.) I am currently trying to get the suspension parts replaced. (Struts from rockauto, top parts from IPD, control arm from amazon. IPD hads some great videos.

Good luck with what ever you do.
