Default Need Hose Identification - On manifold. Vacuum?

Hi All

My 2005 XC 90 2.5T is running really rough at idle and driving.

Check Engine light is on with the following codes;
P0497 Evaporative Emission System Low Purge Flow
P0193 Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor High Input

The parts guy says this calls for a EVAP Purge Control Valve replacement. Looking around online it seems that a vacuum hose leak could cause this as error well.
Once I started looking around under the hood I see that I have a bunch of really crappy hoses. The one coming from the middle of the manifold is really bad, cracked, almost disintegrated.

Is this a vacuum hose? What is it for and what is this feeding into (larger rectangle)? I think the ones circled in green are vacuum hoses as well. I cant find any good info.
I ordered the EVAP Valve but I'm not sure this is going to do it.

It originally sounded like a misfire on one cylinder and that is what I thought I would see in the codes..but that was not in there.

Any ideas?

Thanks
Mike
