Yesterday we I started my car it had no day time running lights, low beams or high beams. I had to drive with fog lamps. Two days ago the passenger low beam light stopped working and now I have nothing. I dont think it is fuses as they are 4 different fuses in two different fuse boxes. I am assuming their are two relays one high beam and one low beam, I would be happy with day time running lights at this point.

 

model and year would help. Did you check the bulbs - I've had left and right bulbs go within days of one another... Check fuses is a no cost start - owners manual (available online too) will show which fuse boxes to check. On some models the low beams are relayed in the CEM and fused separately. Do the marker lights come on?
