Stalling Issue
My wife has a 2018 Volvo XC90. Recently it has started going dead when she has stopped at red lights. I took it to Firestone and they said that the battery was bad and we put in a new battery this weekend. My wife still had the same stalling issue this morning and it is getting worse. I took it back to Firestone and they said that the battery and alternator both tested well and they don't have any idea as to what the issue is. There are a couple of shops close by that work on these types of cars but they are all backed up.
Any ideas as to what the issue could be? Anyone have the same problems?
Any guidance is very much appreciated.
Thanks.

does your car have the stop/start feature that shuts off the engine when you are at the light? If so, some of these models actually have two batteries so google around for info on issues related to the auxiliary / support battery and how to replace. Do you not have a dealer in your area? It may require a full scan with a Volvo tool like VIDA to get to the root cause or some investigations into the wiring/fuses etc which a dealer may be better suited to do
