Default Stop lights not working - How to replace the relay

Hi there,
I have an issue with the brake lighrs on my 2004 XC90. They don't work. After investigation, I believe it is the relay in the fuse panel in the trunk compartment.
I couldn't get to this relay or take out the fuse panel so I can replace it.
Could someone please share the steps or a video if possible on how to get to the relay or take out the panel to get access to this relay. I am sure other people had already similar question, but I couldn't find the answer by searching this forum.
Thanks a lot for your help.

did you check fuse #14 in panel in the drivers side of the cargo area?

Check out this thread:

And this vid:

Post up if this helps.

Does the 3rd brake light work? If it does it could be the relay or shunt, all three are out it's not the relay or the shunt. You can swap relays and shunts with the same part number to test them. And here's Volvos instructions how to get to the REM.
