I have a 2016 XC90. I attempted to upgrade the voice software 1) the car asked if I’d like to upgrade and I said yes 2) no files were uploaded after multiple attempts to retry and after re- downloading.

Now the voice doesn’t work at all. Volvo tells me $250 to service. Any alternate software voice download options as I think that is the issue? I don’t want to reset as just uploaded and updated the maps. thanks in advance.
