Wheel bearing??
Got a noise coming from rear wheel like a grinding sound and ticks.
sounds to me like wheel bearing. But as it got worse over the last few days, the DTSC has been acting up and now ABS has shut down. How is a wheel bearing going out effect these if it is even a wheel bearing at all?

Probably wheel bearings. When I heard mine (2005 XC90 V8), I jacked it up and did have play in the wheel. Check parking brake pads while your in there.
Not sure about DTSC or ABS.
I believe there was Tech bulletin re: faulty coating that allowed failure. I could be wrong.

wheel bearing will usually have noise change when you turn (gets better/worse when turning left or right).
