Default XC90 AC works but no cold air

I am trying to figure out what could be the problem if anyone has any idea please advise on what could be a possible fix.

I had leaking condenser, some O-rings and shredder valves. I replaced them all vacuumed the system for two hours and did a vacuum test - low side was between 28-30 mark and high side was never at zero for 30 minutes. I filled up the system with 1050gr which is about 2.3lb of refrigerant and I my AC is cold only in the rear. The front is warm. I thought may be I missed something and went to a shop to have them check. they performed some tests and concluded that my AC system is working including compressor but these error codes showed up: DD15, DD16, DD31, DD32, DD33 indicating missing communication between all the damp motors. They said it is possible that climate control unit is malfunctioning. I bought one on Ebay (same number as mine) and it had not fixed the issue. I also checked if the damp motors correspond to pressed buttons and all the buttons engaged all corresponding motors. I had bought DICE tool and installed VIDA 2014D software and pulled up the same codes as the tech pulled. I did recognizing motor for each motor and did recalibration and everything is in order except it is still rear AC is cold and whole front AC is warm. Before, even when I had a leaking condenser, I, still, was able to get AC working by just filling up refrigerant and then had it cold for a few days. Now there is no leaks and front AC is not cold.

Any idea?

If there is cold refrigerant coming out of the front evaporator, then the problem is the comfort control (not the refrigerator). Can you put a hand on the front evaporator outlet?

I couldn't get to evaporator, I think it is inside the white housing and it is warm, but I was able to get temperature from pipes going into expansion valve (under the hood) the big pipe is very cold on touch and smaller one is warm - as in function description - I assume evaporator is working.

Here are the readings from VIDA. I think if I knew what it means I would be able to fix it. Could anyone explain how to proceed from here?

Not to be too basic but it has to be on 64 degree only for AC to kick in
