I have a 2009 XC90 R-Design AWD with the 4.4L V8. I am having a really hard time ordering the correct replacement front CV axle assemblies. I have already bought the front one's and they have only 36 outboard splines. My car requires 40 splines. The online catalogs do not show a 40 spline axle for this model. My production number 507588. The supplier of the axle's I bought show's these 36 spline units for my car and can't help me figure this out. Even more frustrating is that I bought the wheel bearings from them and they are correct with 40 splines. Can anybody help me figure this out?
