Our 2004 XC90 I5 has a fuel weep from the pressure pipe (pn 306 830 31) that results in a continuous gasoline odour. We live hundreds of miles away from the nearest dealer. I acquired the part but now find replacing the pipe is well beyond my resources and will require extensive work including removal of the fuel tank (probably over 1000 bucks to replace the fuel line).

Has anyone done this job themselves, or know any tricks?
