I have a 2006 XC90 V8, fully loaded. The problem that has just occurred and has stumped the techs at Power Volvo is this: The radio system display no longer displays the proper station information. The display always shows that FM is on even though listening to an AM station. Also the characters in the display as gibberish, 1/4#***8%%, nothing is legible. This was my first issue until I had to use my navigation system the other day. The system no longer recognizes where I am. Even being in Southern California it appears to have maps on the display from somewhere in central Kansas!

The battery has not been recently disconnected. This just stated happening out of the blue. Has any one had a similar issue? Could this be a software reset issue?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Love my XC90, very frustrated not having radio operating properly!
