I'm a brand new owner of 2005 XC90 2.5L AWD. My vehicle clearly has the loud humming growling noise coming from the rear. So I'm planning on replacing the wheel hub assembly. I'm looking to purchase the part here

Would any of you hesitate in using this brand? I like the $99 price tag, and wondering if I would really know the difference in using this one vs. the others priced at $175.00 each. Also, will these come with the screw with the metal sleeve everyone is talking about? Apparently the vehicles have a screw with a rubber sleeve that is causing water to get into the bearings. It's recommended when you replace the hub assembly to use this new screw with the metal sleeve. Anybody have details on this screw? Where do you get it? Where does it go in the process?
