hey everyone im brand new to the site, and im having troubles... This is my 3rd volvo and ive had it almost a year with zero problems. Came home to louisiana for the holidays and as i was leaving town at midnight last week it was pretty cold out, started the car to warm it up about 10-15 min..drove a few miles to the gas station to check my bikes on the bike rack, good, then turned car off to check the oil, good, go to turn it back on and it cranked but spit and sputtered and died. Did the same thing a few more times and since then it will not even start up just turns over. Please Help!!!!

 

those type of failures are the worst.

Have you been able to check for the basics? Spark, Fuel. I'd start there.
