Default Shaking when braking

I recently replaced the calipers, brake hoses, pads and rotors on my '99 V70 n/a base. However, whenever I brake, the car shakes quite a bit, as if the rotors were warped or something. Most of the suspension components have been replaced in the last 15,000 miles (struts, control arms w/ ball joints, inner and outer tie rods, sway bar end links) so I can't figure out what is going on.

I replaced the calipers since the front right one's piston froze in the out position, which caused it to rub against the rotor and overheat all of the suspension components (I could smell the burning of something). The one thing I have not checked is the hubs. Could a frozen caliper piston mess up the hubs?

do not see that being possible. I would do a run out on the rotors to eliminate these guys first

According to self-proclaimed experts, there is no such thing as rotor warping and all this shaking is caused by improper "bedding in" of rotors. I don't really agree with that, but if you're curious you can google that and see what you think.

Did it shake immediately after replacing the pads and rotors or has it been a while? What brand rotors did you use? My money is also on rotors.

+1 on the rotors, particularly if they were overheated

It's been shaking for a while, before I replaced the new rotors, which is why I thought that it could be the runout on the hubs if the hubs had gone bad. The car has in excess of 200k miles and I don't think they have ever been replaced.

It was the old rotor that overheated because of the stuck caliper, I have since replaced them as I said in my first post, and while the shaking was less rough, it was still very apparent and noticible.

It is usually rotors. Many say that Volvo rotors are the only ones that do NOT warp fast.

Improper lathe chuck will cause rotor hat run out , causing a warp, its recommended that even when replacing rotors., to machine , wit a "on the car lathe" that way any hub/hat discrepancies don't happen
