My 2000 v70 is experiencing what I think is a starter that has given up the ghost. I can hear it spinning over (the starter) but it's not engaging the flywheel. Tried the normal stuff like cleaning the connections and it's still doing it. Does it sound like the starter has crapped out or is there something else I should check first before replacing it. Thanks
